What is your return policy?

For Balloon Installations:

Our goal at Delpris Touch of Class LLC is to provide the highest quality services in a timely manner. To do so, we have had to implement a cancellation/rescheduling policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

 All cancelations made [48 hours] or less before a event date will be subject to a 30% refund of the final payment only. The initial and first payment is non-refundable.

Therefore 70% off the total amount will be deducted if cancellation policy requirements are not met.

Rescheduling must be done no later that 72 hours prior to event.

Merchandise & Classes:

All Merchandise are currently considered as final sale and as such are non-refundable.

How Long Can the Installations Last?

Indoor installations may last up 2 weeks under the right temperature. These installations are usually targeted towards our grab and go option whereby no stands are rented.

Outdoor installations may last between 12-24 hrs. depending on weather conditions.

What are the payment options?

Balloon Installation:

There is a 70% non-refundable deposit and the remaining 30% MUST be paid 1 week prior to you event.

We no longer offer same day payment as we want our clients to be worry-free the day of the event this allows for a smoother affair for all parties.

Balloon Training:

There are currently no payment options available for this service.

What are the Terms & Condition?

Upon retain the services of Delpris Touch of Class LLC. you agree to the following legal terms.

 

PAYMENT. There is a non-refundable 70% deposit required to hold your date. The remaining 30% must be paid in full 1 week BEFORE the start of your event (unless other arrangements are accepted by Delpris Touch of Class LLC). No payments will be accepted late unless otherwise discussed. Any payments received less than 1 week before Delpris Touch of Class LLC services can be rendered and must be by cash (unless other arrangements are accepted by Delpris Touch of Class LLC).

LAST MINUTE REQUEST PAYMENTS. Clients who request an installation/service 2 weeks or less from the date of their event must pay their invoices in full upon receipt and acceptance this would become a non-refundable payment.

 

The remaining terms and conditions for balloon installations will be displayed on your invoice.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN?

  • How to navigate Canva in order create your sketches

  • How to add props to your sketches

  • How to work in that program to draw professional sketches.

WHAT YOU WILL RECIEVE?

  • 3 Digital Balloon Colors 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Prior to attending your session you will need to create a Canva Account (you have the option to use the free version or purchase a paid account).

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?

  • Full Color Sample Catalog (available in our Shop section)

 TERMS & CONDITION:

  • This is a one-time session that expires within 6 months of purchase.

  • This service is non-refundable however you will have a one time accommodation if you need to reschedule your session within the 6 month period.

 TERMS & CONDITION: 

  • This is a one-time session that expires within 6 months of purchase.

  • Class Prices are non-transferable & non-refundable however you will have a one time accommodation if you need to reschedule your session within the 6 month period. 

  • No student is allowed to record lectures and zooms. Any student found reselling classroom documents, will be contacted by the Attorney of Delpris Touch of Class LLC.
